    I have not been able to use my chic smart for over a month now and am very disappointed. No one knows what the problem is and Micheal that works there said that a battery charger would be delivered to me but still nothing. Please send me the tracking number of the delivery so that I can find out if it was delivered to the wrong place or if it still on its way. I have to say that if it is so difficult to find service for this unit I cannot imagine buying more for my family members.
