  • I have received today my Ninebot One after 1 month and 3 days since I did my payment.
    My order status still reads 'Processing' and I haven't had any tracking number or anything. I fact, I didn't know it was already dispatched.
    I have had some complaints during January for my item to take so long to be sent, but the support service from this site always answered me quickly and patiently.
    It seems UK Customs and Revenues has very strong policy for electronic items imported from China from 10 kilos onwards. The sender needs to apply for an EORI number so the EU authorities can easily track that item within the European territory and that's the reason why it took so long to be delivered.
    I understand is not www.Electricunicycleonline.com's fault, however this could be pointed out on their Shipping section since none of the examples they put says anything about 1 entire month.
    
    Despite the EORI number thing I am happy to recommend buying your unicycle from this site.
    Now is my day to enjoy it!

    I am interested in buying several units of the Ninebot One. I have just a couple of questions:
    -The payment invoice, I read you could print it for me with a lower price than the original is that right? what price would that be per unit? So I can calculate the aprox. amount I would have to pay at my country customs
    -In case one of the units needed repair or got damaged do you have parts for sale or what could be done?
    -The external battery for the Ninebot E, how easy is it to change and place on the unit? Would I have to disarm the hole unit or is it of easy access?
