  • hi I live canada manitoba. I had check delivery fee. it's over 200 canada dollors.

  • Hello, I've been trying to buy the Ninebot C+. However, whenever I try to make a new account, I get "We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the recipient's website to complete your transaction using their regular checkout flow." I really want to get this vehicle as soon as I can but this Paypal is messing me up.

  • I paid for the express delivery method which claimed to send the unit or at least send tracking information within 5-7 business days. I just want everyone reading these questions to know that it's been past this period in my case and I have not received any information. Unless they're just late thats another situation, but in order for a consumer to drop $700+ and not even get information on when the unit was sent is rather irresponsible as it only causes the consumer to become nervous. It's hard to trust anyone, but with swift mailing and tracking information, I would feel more reassured. At the moment, I'm waiting a few more days to make sure I'm not just getting ahead of myself. Otherwise I'll go all the way to China to get my money back next week if it comes to it. I'll keep everyone updated on my order status. Electricunicycleonline, could you please send me a valid tracking number or reimburse me if there are no units to be shipped.

  • I ordered my ninebot one C+ on August 27th and today is September 11th and I have still not have received it. Your shipping said it would be here 5-7 days. It is more than 10-11 days now. Your emails said that you would give me a tracking number for the mail carrier which I have yet to receive. Your emails said it is coming and I have received nothing. Now I dont even get any email responses back. WHAT DO I DO NOW? Please contact me or I will have to contact my credit card company to take care of this transaction. Why did I pay $163.87 in shipping and it has already been along time and I still have not gotten my package or even a tracking number. I am very upset. Please contact me.

  • Hello. Yes. Same thing happened to me. But its been way longer. I ordered my Ninebot like 2 weeks ago. You guys said you sent my bot on Sep 4th and it has be over 11 days now. I don't get your shipping methods. You guys SAID 5-7 DAYS. WAY DID I PAY SO MUCH MONEY FOR EXPRESS????
