  • I have received today my Ninebot One after 1 month and 3 days since I did my payment.
    My order status still reads 'Processing' and I haven't had any tracking number or anything. I fact, I didn't know it was already dispatched.
    I have had some complaints during January for my item to take so long to be sent, but the support service from this site always answered me quickly and patiently.
    It seems UK Customs and Revenues has very strong policy for electronic items imported from China from 10 kilos onwards. The sender needs to apply for an EORI number so the EU authorities can easily track that item within the European territory and that's the reason why it took so long to be delivered.
    I understand is not Electricunicycleonline.com's fault, however this could be pointed out on their Shipping section since none of the examples they put says anything about 1 entire month.
    
    Despite the EORI number thing I am happy to recommend buying your unicycle from this site.
    Now is my day to enjoy it!

  • I have received my Ninebot One E and it looks and sounds good, thankyou. Can you supply the training wheels and parking stand ? Perhaps you can also send me the training wheels and English manual which didn't come with my Pinwheel T1 on order 14500000038.

  • Of my last visit, 29/12/2014 : 1:37pm. Question a. doing as requested, the system will not display or give me a total until I proceed and buy the item. Question b 2 questions still? Question c. to date I haven't received any mail from your site.
